Job Details Fantastic salary $148,200.00 base plus 12% super Subsidised fully furnished accommodation provided Relocation assistance Lead a supportive and passionate healthcare team Play a vital role in improving Aboriginal health outcomes As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the primary health clinic. You’ll lead a team of nurses and support staff, coordinate care across services, and work closely with Aboriginal Health Workers to ensure care is culturally appropriate and responsive. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support day-to-day clinical operations Provide leadership, mentoring and supervision for clinical staff Collaborate with GPs, allied health, and external services Ensure adherence to clinical governance, reporting, and safety standards Foster strong connections with the local Aboriginal community You will be living in north-western NSW, in a welcoming rural town steeped in Aboriginal culture and history.
